Welcome to OpenWise. By accessing or using our mobile application and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please discontinue accessing and using our services immediately.

Service Description and Purpose

OpenWise is an AI-powered application that generates content and analysis based on traditional cultural elements. All content, analysis, predictions, and other outputs generated by OpenWise are intended for entertainment, personal reflection, and cultural exploration purposes only. They are not based on scientific principles and are not presented as factual, diagnostic, or advisory. You expressly agree that you will not rely on such content for making any medical, health, legal, financial, investment, occupational, or significant life decisions. We assume no liability for any outcomes resulting from your interpretation of our service’s outputs.

User Obligations and Conduct

As a user, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information where required; (b) not misuse or abuse the service, including attempts to compromise system integrity; (c) respect intellectual property rights and not infringe upon the rights of others; (d) not use the service for any unlawful activities or to promote harmful superstitious practices.

Intellectual Property

The OpenWise application, its underlying code, the service, and all content therein (excluding user-provided information), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and the arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of OpenWise and its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the service grants you no ownership rights to any such intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the services.

Premium Features and Payment Terms

Access to certain advanced features (“Premium Features”) within the app may require payment. All fees are clearly stated prior to purchase and are subject to change. By purchasing a subscription or one-time access, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Due to the immediate provision and digital nature of the services, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered or access granted. Exceptions may be considered in cases of proven service failure at our sole discretion.

Account Security and Termination

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to our services, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to the service or other users.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If a user is between the age of majority and 18, they may use the service only under the direct supervision of their parent or legal guardian, who must agree to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. The most current version will always be posted within the application. Your continued use of the service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
